Public Interest Projects, Alberice Architecture + Design, Rowhouse Architects and Garanco worked together to bring additional thoughtfully planned housing to the city center. All units feature COREtec plus wood flooring, private outdoor space (balconies on upper floors and small patio area on street level), AC, washer/dryers, dishwashers and hot and cold running water. Elevator building is pet-friendly.
We are particularly proud of our Living Roof, created by the amazing team at livingroof.com here in Asheville. The roof was planted for pollinators, including the endangered WNC Bumble Bee and also helps reduce the urban heat effect and aids in stormwater retention.
The small commercial space at the corner of S Lexington and Aston Street has a private patio area. Tenant is The Grape, the Marked Tree Winery tasting room. Marked Tree Vineyard is located on the Eastern Continental Divide between Mt. Pisgah and Tryon Peak in Flat Rock, North Carolina.
